Tim Bragg is the founder and owner of CRinspect.com. Tim was born and raised in Colorado in a military family and spent a decade working in the construction field in the United States before moving to Costa Rica in 2003. Tim has worked on many houses and other projects throughout Costa Rica. Tim and his family live in Playa Grande, in the Guanacaste province of Costa Rica. Tim Bragg is a certified home inspector.
